Villa Zaostrog is situated at the Makarska Riviera, in the village of Zaostrog. The villa is only 10 metres away from the beautiful natural gravel beach. Its location provides privacy, intimacy and peace.
The renowned architect Ivo Vitić designed the modernist house which covers 260 square metres, divided into two floors with 5 bedrooms, a large living room, a dining room and a kitchen. The living room provides exit to a large balcony with a sea view.
A multi-level natural looking garden which surrounds the house is filled with Mediterranean plants (olives, tangerines, lemons, pomegranates, almond, immortelle…). It also contains various herbs (rosemary, thyme, mint, sage, basil…) which can be used for cooking. A natural water spring is located at a 2 minutes walking distance from the house.
An outdoor kitchen is located behind the house and includes a large brick barbecue which can also be used for the preparation of dishes under the bell. There are three terraces around the house, furnished with garden furniture, parasols and deck chairs. The entire yard is fenced and children friendly. The facility has its own garage and 5 parking spaces in the driveway.
Villa was completely renovated in the summer of 2014 and furnished with designer furniture and artistic photographs.
WiFi is free and available in the entire area of the facility. Apart from this, the house has air conditioning, motorised remote control blinds, top quality Sonos wireless HiFi system which enables listening to your music collection in any room in the house, as well as a 127 cm (50 inch) Internet-ready LCD TV.
The spacious kitchen includes an induction cooktop, a refrigerator, an oven and a microwave oven, a dishwasher, an espresso machine, a toaster, a mixer and a hand blender, a water boiler, and a citrus press. Two bicycles are at disposal to the guests.
