Villa Sumartin 8 is situated in the elite western part of the picturesque village of Sumartin on Brač, 100 m from the sea. It was completely renovated in 2009.

This lovely villa can accommodate 8 to 10 people comfortably. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms with double beds and 1 quadruple bedroom with 2 double beds), a bathroom and a loundry area. All the bedrooms have access to the garden with a private outdoor swimming pool, an outdoor shower, a separate WC and a summer kitchen. The upper floor has a kitchen / dining room / sitting room area with 2 balconies and a bathroom.
