Near the villa is beach which you can reach by bicycle, car or stroll is 1500 m away and has open view on Split, Trogir and Kastela.

Villa has three etages, on first etage is living room, kitchen with dining room and WC. On second floor is bedroom with twin bed with ensuite bathroom and on third etage is bedroom with double bed en suite bathroom and TV.
