Villa Škrip 1 provides comfortable accommodation for 6 people in 135 m2 of internal space and 100 m2 of terraces. From the living room there is an open passage to the terraces and pool. It is built in traditional dalmatian architectural style, and the basic material used in external decoration is famous Brač stone, while the horticulture decorated with traditional plants and lawn. In front of the villa are two covered parking.
Villa is build on two floors. Ground floor: kitchen, dining room with a large table, living room (37 m2), 1 bedroom (11.5 m2) with bathroom and shower (5 m2) and separate toilet (2.2 m2), outdoor terrace with sundeck 100m2. Security deposit of 500 EUR will be required upon arrival for possible damages. The security deposit will be fully refunded on departure day, if no damage is done to Property or its content.

Equipment: dishwasher, oven, hob, hood, water heater, blender, hand blender, fridge with freezer, washing machine, a smaller LCD televisions in each bedroom, large TV in the living room, MAX TV, steam iron, ironing board, free Internet, sun loungers by the pool, outdoor furniture, outdoor big stop to eat, outdoor gas grill.

For each guest are provided 4 towels, 1 large for the pool, and three different sizes for the bathroom.

In houses equipped modern system of heating and cooling through heat pumps and fan coils, so that the house can be used all year round.

The houses are furnished with quality furniture custom-made to provide maximum comfort to every guest.
