The location of Villa Korcula 2 and the property itself is an amazing combination of wonderful nature, exclusive accommodation, luxury amenities and peace and quiet. The whole facility has 16.600m2 of land with Mediterranean vegetation and the villa itself has 1229 m2 of living area with the 100m2 swimming pool. The property is designed as a combination of Mediterranean and colonial, having a lot of surfaces in glass, combining dark wood floors with colorful ceramics and stylish furniture. Whole property is placed on a hillside and it stretches from the peak of the hill on one side to the pebble beach in the front side. The area of Karbuni, where the Villa is situated, was a proclaimed park of nature, creating together with nearby islands and islets a huge protected natural area. This whole area is some few kilometers away from towns of Blato and Vela Luka and around 40 km from town Korcula

Ground floor is area with one bedroom, bathroom and living room. This room has a direct exit to swimming pool area. Here are also kitchen and laundry quarters.

On the first floor are other bedrooms, spacious living room with dinning area. Here you can also find, separated with an additional entrance, staff quarters.

The outside area of Villa Zaglav is wonderfully decorated Mediterranean garden that enriches the 100m2 heated swimming pool and accompanying terraces of cca 550m2. Adding garden furniture, sunbeds and parasols we created a perfect leisure oasis. Probably the best place within Villa Zaglav is the upper first floor terrace that overlooks the swimming pool and bay of Karbuni. Here you will find dinning area, from where you can have a pleasure of dinning under the stars.

Villa is completely equipped with air-condition system and floor heating system, Internet access, TV/SAT, DVD in all rooms. You can also moor a 37m boat in front of the Villa.
